Help get all WCO18 registered attendees checked in with our front desk. You’ll have to be there an hour before registration opens to help setup, keep the table clean, and direct attendees to where they can get their nametags, swag bags, and t-shirts. Please bring a laptop to make checking attendees in quick and easy for yourself.<\/p>\n
Nametags, Swag Bags, & T-Shirts<\/strong><\/p>\n If you like people, this is the job for you. You’ll get to know everyone in attendance at the conference since you’ll be handing them their nametag. And because you’ll be helping hand out swag bags and t-shirts, you’ll be every attendees’ favorite person! We’ll also ask that you keep the area organized and if someone needs help with their nametag, that you assist them.<\/p>\n Food & Beverage<\/strong><\/p>\n For the most part, we’ve got this one covered but we could use some help setting up and taking everything down around lunch time. We’ll also ask for some help keeping the coffee areas tidy.<\/p>\n Room Runner<\/strong><\/p>\n Sometimes speakers need help setting up equipment or a room may need more chairs. No matter the scenario, you’re there to make sure that the speaker and room have everything needed to help WCO18 go smoothly. This position is great for getting to listen to the speakers.<\/p>\n Casual Runner<\/strong><\/p>\n Things happen so it’s nice to have some backup help on hand.
